Current price £1.85 per day - £9.25 per week.  Cheques payable to Deryshire County Council to be paid on the first day of each week or termly in advance.

Obtain Holiday Request Form from School Office. This should be completed and submitted no sooner than 3 weeks and no later than 2 weeks before your intended holiday.  Please remember to hand all forms for holidays to be taken at the beginning of September the week before school closes in July.

1. Wash hair with shampoo.
2. Comb thoroughly with conditioner.
3. Wash pillow cases and coat hoods.
4. Wash combs and brushes.
5. Comb daily, repeat process every 3 days over a 2 week period.

It is very important that EVERYONE is responsible and follows this procedure carefully and conscientiously.  Combs are available priced at 20p from the school office.  If your child has long hair please ensure it is tied up before coming to school as this also helps to reduce the problem.
